Tenhle text je o tom, o \u010dem se v oboru obvykle ml\u010d\u00ed \u2014 o pen\u011bz\u00edch, autorstv\u00ed, odpov\u011bdnosti a o tom, komu vlastn\u011b slou\u017e\u00ed\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6797434546a7305b1b37567b6ab70fb1\">Co je etika a pro\u010d se j\u00ed tv\u016frce nevyhne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etika hodnot\u00ed lidskou \u010dinnost z hlediska dobra a zla. Zn\u00ed to vzne\u0161en\u011b, ale v praxi to znamen\u00e1 docela p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed v\u011bci: jestli \u0159ekne\u0161 klientovi pravdu, jestli zaplat\u00ed\u0161 fotografovi, jestli podep\u00ed\u0161e\u0161 projekt, o kter\u00e9m v\u00ed\u0161, \u017ee m\u00e1 \u0161patn\u00e9 dopady na prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funguje na t\u0159ech \u00farovn\u00edch najednou. Je tu osobn\u00ed etika \u2014 tv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed, nedeformovan\u00fd hodnotov\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro \u017eivot. Je tu spole\u010densk\u00e1 etika \u2014 to, co si dnes spole\u010dnost vynucuje (vzpome\u0148 si, jak hnut\u00ed #MeToo p\u0159epsalo, co je a nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9). A je tu institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed etika \u2014 kodexy komor a profesn\u00edch spolk\u016f, paragrafy z\u00e1kon\u016f. Etick\u00fd kodex je norma, ale je to jen na pap\u00ed\u0159e. Skute\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 mimo texty a na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tv\u016frce a jeho odpov\u011bdnost<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tady p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 pravda, kterou v portfoliu nikdy neuvid\u00ed\u0161: za chyby v\u017edycky m\u016f\u017ee architekt, za dobr\u00e9 v\u011bci klient \u2014 a to bez ohledu na to, kdo o \u010dem rozhodl. P\u0159ipad\u00e1 ti to nespravedliv\u00e9? Je to cena za to, \u017ee jsi profesion\u00e1l a ne laik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rozd\u00edl mezi laikem a profesion\u00e1lem se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v m\u00ed\u0159e odpov\u011bdnosti. A nen\u00ed to nov\u00fd vyn\u00e1lez. Chammurapiho z\u00e1kon\u00edk, star\u00fd skoro \u010dty\u0159i tis\u00edce let, to formuloval brut\u00e1ln\u011b jasn\u011b: \u201eJestli\u017ee stavitel postav\u00ed d\u016fm, kter\u00fd se z\u0159\u00edt\u00ed a jeho majitel p\u0159i tom zahyne, stavitel bude potrest\u00e1n trestem smrti.\" Pokud p\u0159i tom zahynul syn majitele, popravili syna stavitele. Tvrd\u00e9? Ano. Ale logika z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1: kdo tvo\u0159\u00ed, ten ru\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dnes to ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed kat, ale legislativa. V EU nese odpov\u011bdnost autor (design\u00e9r) i v\u00fdrobce. A tahle odpov\u011bdnost m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b jeden rozm\u011br, na kter\u00fd se zapom\u00edn\u00e1 \u2014 \u010das. \u017divotnost d\u00edla se rovn\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei pro prost\u0159ed\u00ed i pro lidi kolem s parametrem \u010dasu, ne\u017e zanikne..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Webov\u00e1 grafika vydr\u017e\u00ed rok. \u2013 Design p\u0159edm\u011btu p\u011bt a\u017e deset let. \u2013 Interi\u00e9r tak t\u0159icet. \u2013 Architektura sto, dv\u011b st\u011b let. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le tvoje d\u00edlo \u017eije, t\u00edm d\u00e9le za n\u011bj nese\u0161 mor\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010det. \u0160patn\u00fd banner zmiz\u00ed. \u0160patn\u00e1 budova p\u0159e\u017eije tebe i tvoje vnuky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nejde jen o budovy. V USA se v letech 2007 a 2008 staly p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy se n\u011bkolikam\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed d\u011bti u\u0161krtily pot\u00e9, co uv\u00edzly mezi ty\u010demi d\u011btsk\u00fdch post\u00fdlek. Kdo nese vinu? N\u00e1vrh\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd nedomyslel rozte\u010d ty\u010d\u00ed? V\u00fdrobce, kter\u00fd to vyrobil? Z pohledu evropsk\u00e9 legislativy oba \u2014 autor (design\u00e9r) i v\u00fdrobce. Etika tv\u016frce nen\u00ed abstraktn\u00ed filozofie. Je to milimetr mezi ty\u010demi post\u00fdlky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klient a tv\u016frce: jak poznat, \u017ee n\u011bkdo \u201enekec\u00e1\"<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd klient chce kvalitn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 poznat p\u0159edem, jestli ji dostane. Postav se na druhou stranu stolu a ptej se o\u010dima klienta: Co od tebe vlastn\u011b dostanu? Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1m z\u00e1ruky? M\u00e1\u0161 profesn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed? D\u00e1\u0161 mi reference \u2014 tedy kontakt, ne jen hezk\u00e9 fotky? Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1\u0161 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a zku\u0161enosti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profesion\u00e1l na tyhle ot\u00e1zky odpov\u00edd\u00e1 bez probl\u00e9m\u016f, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm. A pak je tu druh\u00e1 strana t\u00e9\u017ee mince \u2014 mor\u00e1ln\u00ed dilema klienta. \u201eKlient si to tak p\u0159\u00e1l\" je v\u011bta, kterou se schov\u00e1 ledacos. P\u0159ipome\u0148me si, kde tahle logika kon\u010d\u00ed: v Norimberku v letech 1945\u20131946. Justici poprv\u00e9 nezaj\u00edmalo, \u017ee \u201eF\u00fchrer to tak cht\u011bl.\" P\u0159\u00edkaz shora (\u010di od klienta) t\u011b nezbavuje odpov\u011bdnosti za to, co tv\u00fdma rukama vznikne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u011bkdy ale dilema b\u011b\u017e\u00ed opa\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011brem. Slovensk\u00e1 klientka kdysi popsala svou zku\u0161enost zhruba takto: \u201eTa architektka tam nedala v\u016fbec nic, co jsem cht\u011bla. Ka\u017edou moji p\u0159ipom\u00ednku ignorovala. Ale postav\u00edme to tak, jak to navrhla, i kdy\u017e se mi to nel\u00edb\u00ed.\" Klasick\u00e1 kognitivn\u00ed disonance \u2014 dr\u017e\u00edm v ruce v\u00fdsledek, kter\u00fd se mi nel\u00edb\u00ed, a stejn\u011b ho obhajuji. Tv\u016frce neslou\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9mu egu na \u00fakor klienta, ani slep\u011b klientovi na \u00fakor \u0159emesla. Hled\u00e1 tu \u00fazkou cestu mezi t\u00edm, kdy m\u00e1 ustoupit, a kdy m\u00e1 m\u00edt odvahu \u0159\u00edct ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autorsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a etika: autor je \u010dlov\u011bk, ne stroj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autorsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon stoj\u00ed na jedn\u00e9 starom\u00f3dn\u00ed, ale z\u00e1sadn\u00ed my\u0161lence: autorem je jedinec, osoba. Ne skupina. Ne firma. Ne spole\u010dnost. A ne AI. Du\u0161evn\u00ed vlastnictv\u00ed vznik\u00e1 v okam\u017eiku, kdy d\u00edlo prokazateln\u011b vznikne, a je sv\u00e1zan\u00e9 s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z toho plyne praktick\u00e1 etika, na kterou se v praxi \u010dasto ka\u0161le. Vstupuje\u0161 do ciz\u00edho d\u00edla? D\u011bl\u00e1\u0161 interi\u00e9r do budovy jin\u00e9ho autora, n\u00e1bytek do atypick\u00e9ho interi\u00e9ru, zasahuje\u0161 do historick\u00e9 budovy nebo p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161 solit\u00e9ry do ciz\u00edho prostoru? Pak plat\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 pravidlo: najdi p\u016fvodn\u00edho autora a informuj ho. Nen\u00ed to byrokracie, je to profesn\u00ed slu\u0161nost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na webu a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch \u010dlov\u011bku pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zorientovat se licence Creative Commons. Kdy\u017e p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1\u0161 ciz\u00ed d\u00edlo, \u010dti, co ti dovoluje: n\u011bkdy mus\u00ed\u0161 uv\u00e9st autora, n\u011bkdy nesm\u00ed\u0161 d\u011blat odvozeniny, jindy mus\u00ed\u0161 sd\u00edlet pod stejnou licenc\u00ed nebo d\u00edlo nesm\u00ed\u0161 pou\u017e\u00edt komer\u010dn\u011b. Ignorance licence nen\u00ed kreativita, je to kr\u00e1de\u017e s lep\u0161\u00edm PR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pen\u00edze: pr\u00e1ce zdarma a provize jako \u00faplatek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A te\u010f to, o \u010dem se ml\u010d\u00ed nejv\u00edc. Pracujte zadarmo, sho\u0159\u00edte v pekle. Nen\u00ed to o chamtivosti. Pr\u00e1ce zdarma \u2014 nebo pod cenou \u2014 spou\u0161t\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzec, kter\u00fd po\u0161kod\u00ed nejen tebe: ztr\u00e1c\u00ed\u0161 hodnotu i sebe\u00factu, degraduje\u0161 celou profesi, sv\u00e9 kolegy, otev\u00edr\u00e1\u0161 si dve\u0159e k vyho\u0159en\u00ed a oslabuje\u0161 vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed pozici v\u0161ech kolem sebe. Je to ekonomick\u00e1 i etick\u00e1 past. Honor\u00e1\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nulov\u00fd, pod cenou, obvykl\u00fd nebo nadstandardn\u00ed \u2014 a jen t\u0159i z t\u011bch \u010dty\u0159 jsou v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Ten nulov\u00fd skoro nikdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existuje v\u00fdjimka, kterou stoj\u00ed za to zn\u00e1t: success fee, tedy platba (a\u017e) za \u00fasp\u011bch. Zaplat\u00ed\u0161 mi, a\u017e dos\u00e1hneme p\u0159edem dohodnut\u00e9ho, m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9ho c\u00edle. V marketingu i n\u00e1boru je to dnes b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 a podnik\u00e1n\u00ed na tomhle principu vlastn\u011b stoj\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to tot\u00e9\u017e jako \u201ed\u011blat zadarmo\" \u2014 je to v\u011bdom\u00e9 s\u00e1zen\u00ed na v\u00fdsledek za jasn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Druhou v\u00fdjimkou je pr\u00e1ce pro humanit\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dely nebo neziskov\u00fd sektor. Tady m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 se vzd\u00e1t honor\u00e1\u0159e (nebo jej sn\u00ed\u017eit) ve prosp\u011bch dobro\u010dinnosti. A mor\u00e1ln\u011b si p\u0159ip\u00ed\u0161e\u0161 p\u00e1r bod\u016f k dobru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Druh\u00e9 tabu jsou provize. \u0158ekn\u011bme to natvrdo: provize = \u00faplatek. Kdy\u017e ti dodavatel sl\u00edb\u00ed procenta za to, \u017ee ho doporu\u010d\u00ed\u0161 klientovi, pr\u00e1v\u011b jsi p\u0159estal slou\u017eit klientovi a za\u010dal slou\u017eit sv\u00e9 pen\u011b\u017eence. Provize t\u011b toti\u017e zavazuje k v\u00fdb\u011bru, omezuje ti svobodnou volbu, ukon\u010duje tvoji nez\u00e1vislost a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dvoj\u00ed odm\u011bnu \u2014 plat\u00ed ti klient i dodavatel za tot\u00e9\u017e. Tvoje priority p\u0159itom maj\u00ed b\u00fdt jasn\u00e9: klient, klient, klient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedin\u00e1 etick\u00e1 cesta, pokud provize n\u011bjak vstoup\u00ed do hry, je informovat klienta a nab\u00eddnout mu kompenzaci. Jestli ji p\u0159ijme, nebo odm\u00edtne, je jeho v\u011bc. V\u0161e ostatn\u00ed je \u00faplatek, jen l\u00e9pe zabalen\u00fd..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moc, ego a historie: komu slou\u017e\u00ed\u0161<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Architektura nen\u00ed jen estetika. Je to n\u00e1stroj moci. Britsk\u00fd kritik Dejan Sudjic to ve sv\u00e9 knize o vztahu architektury a moci shrnuje nemilosrdn\u011b: mocn\u00ed stav\u00ed, proto\u017ee to d\u011blaj\u00ed mocn\u00ed; politi\u010dt\u00ed v\u016fdci vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed architekturu k propagaci, ohromov\u00e1n\u00ed a zastra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed. A dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee architekta nakonec nedefinuje jeho vlastn\u00ed r\u00e9torika, ale impulsy, kter\u00e9 vedly bohat\u00e9 a mocn\u00e9 k tomu, aby si ho najali. Stoj\u00ed za to si to p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst cel\u00e9 a nechat to v sob\u011b chv\u00edli ust\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ego? Ego je odv\u011bk\u00e1 touha \u2014 po dokonalosti, nesmrtelnosti, v\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed, kr\u00e1se. Zkratka k n\u011bmu je poku\u0161en\u00ed. Frank Gehry to v roce 2014 ve \u0160pan\u011blsku shrnul gestem i slovy, kter\u00e1 oblet\u011bla sv\u011bt: pr\u00fd je 98 procent toho, co se dnes stav\u00ed a navrhuje, \u010dist\u00fd \u201cshit\u201d \u2014 bez citu pro design a bez respektu k \u010dlov\u011bku. M\u016f\u017ee\u0161 s t\u00edm souhlasit i nesouhlasit. Ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed: do kter\u00fdch procent pat\u0159\u00ed tvoje pr\u00e1ce?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Historie nav\u00edc r\u00e1da zapom\u00edn\u00e1 na ty, kdo st\u00e1li ve sv\u011btle reflektor\u016f publicity a sl\u00e1vy. U designu n\u00e1bytku \u201eod Miese van der Rohe\" st\u00e1la spolutv\u016frkyn\u011b Lilly Reich. Za podobn\u00fdmi ikonami \u201eod Le Corbusiera\" jsou jm\u00e9na Charlotte Perriand a Pierre Jeanneret. Etika autorstv\u00ed neplat\u00ed jen v\u016f\u010di mrtv\u00fdm mistr\u016fm \u2014 plat\u00ed v\u016f\u010di ka\u017ed\u00e9mu, s k\u00fdm dnes sed\u00ed\u0161 v ateli\u00e9ru. Nav\u00edc oba tvo\u0159ili pro kohokoliv, kdo jim byl ochoten realizovat jejich n\u00e1vrhy. Bez ohledu na stranu \u010di re\u017eim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI: nov\u00fd etick\u00fd h\u00e1\u010dek<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence dnes do cel\u00e9 t\u00e9hle rovnice h\u00e1z\u00ed vidle. Kdy\u017e nech\u00e1\u0161 model vygenerovat n\u00e1vrh z dlouh\u00e9ho promptu, kdo je autor? Ty? Model? Tis\u00edce tv\u016frc\u016f, na jejich\u017e d\u00edlech se to vytr\u00e9novalo? Autorsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon m\u00e1 v tom jasno \u2014 autorem je \u017eiv\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, ne AI. Ale praxe p\u0159edb\u00edh\u00e1 z\u00e1kon a ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s si tu hranici mus\u00ed hl\u00eddat s\u00e1m. AI je skv\u011bl\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, ale jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed je t\u0159eba p\u0159iznat. Nen\u00ed autor, je to jen\u2026 AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sedm z\u00e1sad etick\u00e9ho tv\u016frce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kdy\u017e to cel\u00e9 shrnu do n\u011b\u010deho, co si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pov\u011bsit nad st\u016fl:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chovej se slu\u0161n\u011b a odpov\u011bdn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u011bj pokoru ke v\u0161em a v\u0161emu kolem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u011bstuj si vlastn\u00ed, nedeformovan\u00fd hodnotov\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nepreferuj vlastn\u00ed zisk p\u0159ed z\u00e1jmem klienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nepou\u017e\u00edvej manipulativn\u00ed techniky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respektuj autorstv\u00ed \u2014 i to ciz\u00ed, i to zapomenut\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0158\u00edkej si pravideln\u011b: Zvl\u00e1dnu to? Jsem dost dobr\u00fd?Pokora je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm schopnost naslouchat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A nakonec to nejstar\u0161\u00ed pravidlo, latinsky vytesan\u00e9 do nejedn\u00e9 fas\u00e1dy: \u201eQui sine peccato est vestrum, primus in illam lapidem mittat\" \u2014 kdo je z v\u00e1s bez h\u0159\u00edchu, a\u0165 prvn\u00ed hod\u00ed kamenem (Jan 8:7). Etika nen\u00ed o tom soudit ostatn\u00ed. Je o tom, jak se chov\u00e1\u0161 ty, kdy\u017e se nikdo ned\u00edv\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chce\u0161 se v t\u011bchhle ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch zorientovat v\u00edc ne\u017e na jednu p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ku?
