Pricing of our Services

• Initial Consultation: 1 hour for 1,500 CZK. The initial consultation serves to familiarize ourselves with your project, identify key needs, and propose the best solution for external supervision. This phase also allows us to better understand your expectations and prepare a tailored plan.
• Total price depends on the project value, approximately:
  • Projects up to 1 million CZK: approx. 0.5% of the implementation cost. This type of project includes smaller implementations where it is crucial to maintain high quality at a reasonable price.
  • Projects between 1 million – 5 million CZK: approx. 0.4%. In this range, we focus on process optimization and efficient management of all project phases, which includes quality and cost oversight.
  • Projects over 15 million CZK: approx. 0.3%. For larger projects, we provide comprehensive oversight, which includes not only quality and financial supervision but also risk management and ensuring maximum transparency.
